Who are you Really?

masks
for play
for disguise
for acting a part collage with face

for deception
for safety
for anonymity

i had a conversation once about
masks and how we use them
to protect the vulnerable “I”
behind the disguise

the other person
taking offense for
implying she was
two-faced
never forgave me
